Shipping policy

US customers
- Active US members can receive free shipping by choosing to bundle their store order with their next monthly box. Using this option means we will add whatever you've ordered from the store to your next membership shipment. Please note if you select this option we will not be able to ship out your order before then, so pay attention to your order date and plan accordingly!
– All other US store orders ship out within a few days of purchase via the shipping method selected at checkout.

International Customers
– Orders ship within a few days if shipping via FedEx or USPS International, or three to four times per month if shipping via DHL eCommerce.
– International active members can receive a heavy shipping discount by choosing to bundle their store order with their next monthly box. Using this option means we will add whatever you've ordered from the store to your next membership shipment. Please note if you select this option we will not be able to ship out your order before then, so pay attention to your order date and plan accordingly!

CUSTOMS INFO
Sometimes there is a separate, additional import fee that is calculated by customs after your package has shipped. We cannot estimate this fee, but it is usually a percentage of the retail price. You will have to pay this fee in order to receive your package, or else it will be returned to us. If you are placing an international order, please include your phone number in your shipping address so the shipping carrier can contact you. We are not responsible for packages held or sent back as a result of you not paying this import fee.


We do not ship to the following countries because packages are not reliably delivered.

- Chile
- Columbia
- Russia
