Austin Stahl - Waste Places
Originating from the Baltimore, Maryland, music scene, Austin Stahl first emerged as a standout in several local bands, until he decided to start making some of his own songs solo. He originally recorded his at home solo projects on a cassette 8-track, crafting interlocking melodies and repetitive rhythms on vintage equipment. As a multi-instrumentalist that has become a seasoned songwriter, Austin plays every note on this new 10" EP, and manages to still find ways to boldly go in new directions.
Long time Vinyl Moon enthusiasts will remember Austin Stahl way back on Vol. 023: Metamorphose and more recently on Vol. 116: Upper Stories.
